Welcome to HUEX. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HUEX website, including huexhair.com, and your purchase and use of HUEX products.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any HUEX product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

restrict purchases from particular customers or addresses;

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders may enter processing immediately after submission, customers should carefully review all information before completing checkout.
Once an order enters processing, HUEX may be unable to modify the product, quantity, shipping method, shipping address, or other order information.
HUEX is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colors, textures, lengths, dimensions, images, and other product information.

5. HAIR PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Because hair is a natural or hair-based product, reasonable variations may occur between individual units.
Variations in:
curl pattern;
density;
texture;
color;
strand thickness;
length;
movement;
shedding;
appearance;
do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.
Customers should inspect products before altering, installing, coloring, cutting, washing, or otherwise processing them.

6. RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT
HUEX accepts eligible return requests submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The customer must contact HUEX within the applicable 7-day period.
The product must be unused and in original condition.
The product must remain in its original packaging where applicable.
Original tags, ties, seals, protective materials, and packaging must remain intact.
The product must not have been worn, installed, brushed, combed, washed, conditioned, colored, bleached, chemically processed, cut, altered, or otherwise used.
The customer must provide the order information reasonably requested by HUEX.
Products that do not satisfy these requirements may be rejected.
Approved returns will generally be issued as store credit or a HUEX gift card, unless applicable law requires another remedy.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error attributable to HUEX.
HUEX recommends using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
HUEX is not responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned to us before delivery is confirmed.

7. FINAL-SALE PRODUCTS
Sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, customized, personalized, or otherwise designated final-sale products are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law.

8. LACE AND OTHER DELICATE PRODUCTS
Due to their delicate nature, certain products, including lace-front wigs, full-lace wigs, lace closures, lace frontals, and other products specifically designated as non-returnable, may be final sale and ineligible for return, exchange, or replacement, except where required by applicable law.
Customers should inspect these products before installation, cutting, coloring, bleaching, adhesive application, or other alteration.

9. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you believe you received:
a defective product;
a damaged product;
the wrong product; or
an incomplete order,
you must contact HUEX as soon as reasonably possible and, when requested, provide photographs, video, order information, packaging information, and other documentation necessary to evaluate the claim.
HUEX may require the product to be returned for inspection.
If HUEX determines that a product is defective or that an error occurred on our part, HUEX may, at its discretion and as permitted by law:
replace the product;
provide store credit;
provide a refund;
provide another appropriate remedy.
A product that has been altered, processed, installed, colored, bleached, cut, washed, chemically treated, or otherwise used may not qualify for a defect claim unless the defect existed independently of that use.

10. PRODUCT PROCESSING AND CARE
Customers are responsible for following all applicable product-care instructions.
HUEX is not responsible for damage resulting from:
improper washing;
excessive heat;
coloring;
bleaching;
chemical processing;
improper installation;
improper adhesive use;
cutting;
excessive brushing or combing;
improper storage;
failure to follow care instructions;
use of incompatible products;
misuse or modification of the product.
Customers should consult a qualified professional when professional installation or chemical processing is appropriate.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF PARTICULAR RESULTS
HUEX does not guarantee that every customer will achieve a particular appearance, style, texture, color, longevity, density, or other result.
Results may vary based on installation, styling, maintenance, products used, environmental conditions, individual hair characteristics, and other factors outside HUEX’s control.

12. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
Prices and promotions may change at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.
If a promotion expires before a replacement or subsequent order is placed, HUEX is not required to honor the expired promotional price.
HUEX reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

13. GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT
Gift cards and store credits may be subject to the terms presented at the time they are issued.
Except where required by law, store credit and gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable for cash.
HUEX reserves the right to cancel or restrict store credit or gift cards obtained through fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.

Except for ordinary personal use of the website, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit HUEX intellectual property without prior written authorization.

17. HUEX TRADEMARKS AND BRAND
“HUEX” and all associated logos, names, slogans, product names, collection names, and other brand identifiers are proprietary to HUEX or their respective owners.

suggests that you are an authorized HUEX representative;
creates confusion regarding the source of products;

promotes counterfeit or unauthorized products;
competes unfairly with HUEX;

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access, cancellation of orders, removal of content, and pursuit of available legal remedies.
