Final Sale & Order Policy
Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately. Therefore, modifications cannot be made, including changes to products, shipping methods, addresses, cancellations, or refunds.
Returns
Customers must submit all return requests within 7 days of receiving their order to qualify for store credit. Requests outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, resellable condition, meaning:
• It cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way.
• Original ties must remain intact.
Return packages must include:
• First & last name
• Phone number
• Reason for return
• Original receipt

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method with a signature for protection. HUEX is not responsible for lost returns in transit.
• Sale & clearance items are FINAL SALE—no returns will be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A $50 restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Shipping costs and Route Insurance fees are non-refundable.
If a product qualifies for store credit, it cannot be redeemed as cash. If a promotional item was purchased and the promotion has ended, the new order will not qualify for the same promotion.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate nature, the following cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced:
• Full Lace Wigs
• Lace Closures
• Lace Frontals
Additionally, used or altered products (e.g., cut wefts, plucked or cut lace, bleached knots, dyed hair, chemically treated hair) will not be accepted.
& Liability Policy
Return to Sender Shipments
All products purchased from our website require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign after 1-3 attempts, the shipping carrier will return the package to our facility.
• A $50 restocking fee may apply to all Return to Sender shipments.
• Once received, a store credit will be issued for future use.
Expenses Associated with Delayed or Incorrect Orders
HUEX is not responsible for any fees incurred due to hair appointment cancellations resulting from delayed or incorrect orders. We strongly advise customers to receive and confirm all items before scheduling hair appointments.
HUEX is not responsible for the installation of any products purchased from our website or stores.
• All returns and return-to-sender shipments will incur a $50 restocking fee.
• Shipping and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable.
Expenses Associated with Hair Installation
HUEX is not responsible for any costs related to:
• Hair installations, removals, or re-installations
• Cancellations of hair appointments
• Damage resulting from bleaching, cutting, chemical treatments, or regular wear and tear
Limitation of Liability
HUEX does not accept liability beyond the remedies outlined in this policy, including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability after purchase
• Consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages
• Third-party claims, except as expressly provided in this agreement
For any product-related liability, our maximum responsibility is limited to the total amount paid for the product.
For service-related liability (if not bundled with a product), our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
